The crush of
      tourists that visit the nation's capitol in Washington's often
      steamy summer months are grateful for the generous supply of
      benches found along Capitol Mall sidewalks. This bench, lamp
      and waste bin grouping is typical of the Victorian designs found
      here. Most are carefully located outside museum entrances and
      under shade trees, where tourists are most likely to sit.
