      and perennials that frame a bus shelter designed as a cottage

      view of this planting strip (above) shows the mix of evergreens
      (mugho pine and huckleberry) and perennials (penstemon, yarrow
      and lobelia) that make the street interesting year-round. The
      bed below includes hosta, native ferns, penstemon and fire-red
