      from the usual generic juniper or ivy landscaping, this median
      in Lake Oswego's busy 'A' Avenue (above) features a lush mix
      of garden perennials, included helebores, sedums and ornamental
      grasses in the foreground. Even a small curb extension warrants
      landscaping on 'A' Avenue, with a mix of shrubs and perennials
