 Another
      view of 'C' Street shows (above) the classic false fronts that
      typify the street, as well as the tangle of utility poles and
      wires that nearly block out the sky in places. The balconies
      and overhangs often use special angled gutters (above, center)
      to deliver stormwater from rooftops to the street, keeping pedestrians
      dry, but occasionally wreaking havoc on parked cars below! Building
      on the historic theme, commercial carriages (below) provide exhilarating
      tours of the town's narrow streets and colorful buildings.
