Creating an Identity
 

      
In addition to
      the distinctive, historic street lamps that line the Columbia
      River Highway in Troutdale, several new building have been constructed
      with distinctive facades and towers. This new building incorporates
      a public clock that is particularly effective in helping create
      a visual identity for the downtown district.
