Mayor's Park Plaza
 

      
A small, half-block
      public plaza known as "Mayor's Park" was constructed
      at the center of Troutdale's main street district. The plaza
      includes benches, sculptures and the salmon fountain in the foreground.
      Public spaces are important for establishing community identity
      and providing a central place for community events, yet few main
      streets have such spaces.
