This design blurs
      the public sidewalk and private plaza areas by using a continuous
      paving material (interlocking concrete pavers) across both areas.
      The result is an inviting space that overcomes an otherwise narrow
      sidewalk along Cascade Avenue. Fencing and walls form attractive
      barriers that protect landscape areas.
