Lake Oswego's
      renewal plan allows the City to leverage new housing in the downtown
      area, a critical ingredient for creating active, lively communities.
      These rowhouses are located along Second Street, one block south
      of "A" Avenue, and within easy walking distance of
      the entire downtown district. They are part of the City's long-term
      plan to locate new residents in close proximity to downtown businesses.
