The handsome
      Clark and Linford street clock blends nicely with new street
      lamps, bollards and benches found along the reconstructed portion
      of Main Street. The paving material is dyed concrete, with parallel
      stripes marking the pedestrian travelway. Overhead utilities
      were apparently removed in the reconstruction, reducing visual
      clutter and allowing for large species of street tree that will
      eventually shade the sidewalk from Cedar City's brilliant summer
      sun.
