      intersection of Main Street and Francis, this simple, inviting
      grouping of sidewalk bench, lush planters (featuring both annuals
      and tropical foliage plants), steet trees and tourist information
      becomes a focal point. Underscoring the success of this design,
      the adjacent bank has replaced a window with an automatic teller
      machine on this heavily traveled corner.
