At the harbor,
      an excellent public market is fronted by this new plaza that
      anchors Main Street. Here, generous landscaping and a dense grove
      of street trees shade visitors munching on hot fish and chips
      from the market's vendors. The plaza also includes well-used
      bicycle racks, news stands, night lighting, off-street parking
      and a historical tribute to Kunta Kinte, and the sad history
      of Annapolis as a slave market in the Colonial era.
